Gaze into your Garden

Gazing globes, also known as gazing balls, have been around for centuries.  They were originally created in Venice during the 13th century where they were hand-blown by craftsmen.  Gazing globes came into fashion during the Victorian era, especially in England, and have been a fixture in gardens since then.  Today they are are available in a great variety of colors, textures, and some even glow in the dark.  At Alice's Outdoor Emporium, we are pleased to offer a selection sure to suit any situation.

Mosaic textured gazing balls are a unique step away from traditional mirror finished ones.  Because of their interesting finish, they have a hypnotic multi-colored appearance and can become a focal point of any lawn or garden.  Fine examples are the Amber Mosaic Garden Gazing Globe and the Translucent Mosaic Garden Gazing Globe.  Both are made out of hand-blown glass and measure 10" in diameter, there are other colors available as well.

A lovely way to add a touch of color both day and night is with the Blue Solar Glass Gazing Ball with Base.  With a sense of magical mystery about it, this bright blue gazing ball contains a solar battery and comes on a decorative resin charging base.  The gazing ball automatically illuminates at sunset and makes for a unique display at night.

A lot of fun in any garden, the Gazing Ball Crane Garden Stakes are sure to delight your family and friends.   Serene and very decorative, this pair of artistic long-legged cranes make a lovely lawn decoration. Their bodies are mesmerizing silver gazing balls, and, their long white necks are gracefully curved.  The cranes long legs are the stakes that anchor securely into the ground.  These cranes are sure to become your favorite decoration!
